Due to its unique location, the commercial shopping mall passage is ideal for businesses selling goods and providing services such as watchmaking, jewelry and goldsmith shops, souvenirs, office supplies, and many other types of operations. The spaces offered are also suitable for smaller food establishments such as a sandwich shop, juice bar, or café. Thanks to its high foot traffic, it is also well-suited for a travel agency, real estate agency, or printing and copying services. Tram stop no. 1 and 9 is located right in front of the passage. Trolleybuses no. 42 and 47 and buses no. 80 and 94 have a stop at the nearby Kollár Square. Tram stop no. 3 and 4 is on the nearby Špitálská street.

In the pedestrian zone of Obchodna street, it is possible to supply shops with cars daily until 09:00 in the morning. In the back part of the shopping passage from Hollého street, access by car is possible for short-term parking for the purpose of loading and unloading goods or bringing equipment into shops.

On Sundays, only the Vatsak confectionery store is open, which is located directly on the street line of Obchodná Street, the other shops in the passage are closed.
